To show the The My Account section of the portal, move your mouse pointer over the My Account header at the top of the portal page.
The My Account section has three sections; Account Details, My Enquiries and Change Password.
The account details section lists all the billing and delivery addresses we have on file for you as well as giving confirmation of the credit terms on your account and confirming the primary email address we have set up on your account.
If you have sent any enquiries via the portal's messaging system you will find a record of the messages you have sent to us in this section.
In this section you can change the password on your account very easily. You must already be logged in in order to change your password.
If you forget your password you should contact customer services to get it reset.
