We are delighted to be able to tell you that after an extensive research and development program and comprehensive reinvestment in new plant and equipment at our Preston dyeing facility, we are now in the process of a major upgrade to the quality, technical performance and consistency of our woven edge ribbon production in the United Kingdom.

Customer Services Portal
With our Customer Services Portal, clients can access up to date information about their orders, deliveries, invoicing, credit notes and payments and get copies of these documents without any need to speak to our customer services team.
If your ribbon order is being delivered by a trackable service you will be able to track and trace it to see where your order is or when it will be delivered, and if you have any queries about your account you are able to send us a message.

Did you know we can send any document related to your order electronically as soon as it is created?
Many of our clients already benefit from receiving electronic copies of order confirmations and invoices from us. If you don't already use this service and would like to, please speak to our customer services team or fill out a contact form and we will do the rest for you. Please help us do more to help the environment and reduce our consumption of paper. We've already saved over 20,000 A4 sheets of paper with this service.
